US Minced Pork 454g

Minced pork is a great ingredient for a lot of different dishes/recipes, mostly suit for working persons who are too busy to cook, and likely to put all mix in one bowl/pot. Our fresh minced pork are clean and delicious, good for many chinese receipes, minced pork with rice, mini meatball (Mini Lion Head), Thai Style minced pork with rice, spaghattei with pork and tomato sauce. Pure pork, no added MSG / seasoning.


Discoloration on Meat:
Since this product is frozen vacuum packed, discoloration (brownish grey) might occur due to the deoxygenation of myoglobin in the meat which turns it into metmyoglobin/ deoxymyoglobin. The meat will slowly return to its original color once the meat is in contact with oxygen. As long as the product is still in its frozen state and no unusual stench after opening the package, the product is perfectly safe to consume.
